Product System Guidelines

• Minimum upload bandwidth must be equal to or greater than 768kbs
• Maximum single file size must not exceed 500M
• Maximum number of files not to exceed 70,000
• Exchange – Must meet the maximum file size PST files included, no Exchange 2007
• SQL – 10GB data base maximum when using SQL plug in
• NT Backup - Must meet the maximum file size criteria
• 3rd Party Applications - Must meet the maximum file size criteria
• Data and Transmission is Compressed and Encrypted in data center
• Point in Time backup – restore will be slow based on bandwidth
